Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3


Full-time · 40 hours per week · Up to £27,700 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join their warm and welcoming early years team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality early years education and care. Working collaboratively with a committed team, you’ll help create engaging learning environments that support each child’s development, ensuring they feel safe, confident, and inspired every day.

What You’ll Need

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth

  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A warm, positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning and care
