Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Full-time · All year round · Up to £27,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Our client, a welcoming and thoughtfully designed early years setting, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service that places children’s wellbeing and learning at the heart of everything they do.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll support children’s learning and development through engaging play-based experiences. Working closely with your room team, you’ll contribute to a high-quality, child-centred approach, helping each child thrive emotionally, socially, and educationally.
What You’ll Need
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Sound knowledge of child development and the EYFS
A genuine passion for working with young children
A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of development
Build warm, responsive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observe and track children’s progress, supporting individual learning journeys
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment both indoors and outdoors
Contribute positively to the team and support a culture of reflection and improvement
