Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education, ensuring a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive.

What We’re Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of child development, EYFS framework, and best practices in early years education
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Provide high-quality care and support for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development
Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to assessments and reports
Work collaboratively with the team, assisting Room Leaders and colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery setting
