Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Early Years

Salary: Up to £27,000 per year

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for early years education and supporting young children

• Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, first aid, and nursery compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding early years education in line with the EYFS framework

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support child development

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for learning through play

• Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and carers

• Monitor, assess, and record children’s progress and development

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated nursery team

• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and childcare regulations at all times
