Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in early years education? Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their supportive nursery team and help shape young minds in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is essential.

• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging early years activities that support physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.

• Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating setting where children can thrive.

• Observe and monitor children’s progress, maintaining accurate developmental records.

• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication and updates.

• Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of childcare and education.
