Nursery Practitioner (Level 2)

Hourly Rate: Up to £13.30 | Full-Time, All Year Round

Our client is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic and inclusive team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years and have previous experience in a nursery setting.

The nursery provides care and education for children from babies to preschool age. The playrooms are packed with engaging resources and a large outdoor area that is used in all weather conditions to encourage active learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 in Early Years or equivalent qualification

• Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner

• Knowledge of the early years curriculum and best practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a diverse and inclusive team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences

• Build positive and supportive relationships with children and their families

• Observe and track children's development and progress

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery

• Collaborate with team members to create a stimulating and inclusive environment
