What You’ll Bring:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) – essential

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years childcare setting

• A caring, child-focused approach with a passion for supporting early development

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A collaborative, team-player attitude

• Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and EYFS guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, identifying areas for further support

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment both indoors and outdoors

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members

• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
