Level 3 in Early Years, showcasing your expertise in early years education and development
Full and relevant childcare qualification, demonstrating your dedication to providing the best care for children and meeting regulatory standards
Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a similar setting, showcasing your passion and commitment to early years education and the ability to effectively support children's development
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development, with a compassionate and patient approach
Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues and facilitate a positive learning environment

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old, fostering their development and growth through tailored activities and experiences

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members to create a supportive community and ensure a holistic approach to child development

Contribute to the overall ethos, work, and aims of the nursery, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects best practices in early childhood education
