What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, helping children flourish during their most important years.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Observing, recording, and tracking children's progress to tailor support

• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child’s emotional, social, and educational needs

• Ensuring all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed consistently
