Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and promoting their development.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare and Education:

* Deliver a high standard of learning, development, and care for children.

* Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

* Plan and engage in activities that support children's development and learning.

*

Safety and Compliance:

* Ensure the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff, and visitors.

* Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection.

*

Communication and Partnerships:

* Build positive relationships with parents/carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

* Paediatric First Aid Certificate (desirable).

*

Experience & Knowledge:

* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

* Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

*

Skills & Attributes:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
