Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Small Nursery Setting

Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly nursery for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. The nursery is looking for someone fun, hardworking, and flexible to join their “work hard, play hard” environment. This role is ideally suited for someone with SEND experience or an interest in working towards SENCO responsibilities.

The Role
You will be working in a small, home-from-home setting caring for children aged 0-5 years, with occasional integration into the holiday club that covers children up to 11 years. The nursery operates one main room split into under 2s and over 2s, with a total of 24 children on roll (up to 15 children present daily) and 5 staff members.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and learning activities in line with EYFS

Support children with additional needs, if applicable

*

Open and close the nursery where required

*

Be flexible to cover shifts, illness, holidays, and the holiday club

*

Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and fun environment

Hours & Shifts

*

Currently: Tuesday 8:45 – 15:15, Thursday 11:45 – 18:15 (50 weeks per year)

*

Holiday club: Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday 8:00 – 18:00

*

Flexibility required for additional shifts, cover, bank, and sickness

*

Start and finish times can range from 7:45am – 6:00pm

Requirements

*

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) qualification

*

Experience with SEND or willingness to train

*

Flexible, fun, and hardworking approach

*

Interest in professional development and progression (Level 5 or EYTS support available)

5.6 weeks holiday (includes closure for Bank Holidays, Christmas week, and a week in August)
