This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality early education and is looking for a long-term role within a setting that genuinely invests in its team.

The setting
The nursery supports up to 100 children across five bright and engaging rooms and is backed by an experienced team of around 30 staff. The culture is warm, professional and highly supportive, with a strong focus on internal development and staff wellbeing.

The role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting children’s development through engaging, child-led practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting children’s learning and development

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

Completing observations, assessments and learning journeys

Building strong relationships with parents and carers

Maintaining safeguarding and welfare standards

Hours
37 hours per week
7:45am – 6:00pm across four days

Salary
£25,416 – £28,589 per year
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications

Holiday entitlement
6.5 weeks holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays

Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
Good understanding of the EYFS
A positive, reliable and professional approach
Right to work in the UK
