Current Vacancies

Room Leader
Salary: £32,500 per annum

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £28,500 per annum

The Role

You will play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

Depending on your level of experience and qualification, responsibilities may include:

* Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

* Planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities.

* Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress.

* Ensuring children's wellbeing, safety, and individual needs are met.

* Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery.

For Room Leaders, additional responsibilities will include:

* Leading and supporting a team within the room.

* Overseeing planning, observations, and assessments.

* Maintaining high standards of care and learning.

Requirements

* Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.

* Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* A positive, caring, and professional approach.

* Commitment to providing outstanding care and education.
