The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

* Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

* Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

* Build warm, positive relationships with children and their families.

* Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning and development.

* Promote children's wellbeing, confidence and independence.

* Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional childcare.

* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

* A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification that is suitable for working in an Early Years setting.

* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.

* A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach.

Desirable

* Previous nursery or preschool experience.

* Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to undertake training).

* Confidence in supporting children's observations and learning journals.
