Part of a small boutique group of Nurseries, our Clients lovely Nursery in Henley on Thames with parking, and walking distance from station, are looking for an experienced level 2 or above Nursery practitioner to join their team, based on a 40 hr working week salary is up to Â£30k dep on experience, with lots of great goodies.

Requirements

What are Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

Experience in a nursery or early years setting

Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences

Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Ideal Nursery Practitioner Candidate

Passionate about early years and childrenâs development

Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player

Maintains high standards and promotes best practice
