About our Clients

Based in south Reading, this lovely countryside nursery are seeking a passionate and qualified practitioner, offering either 3 or 5 days per week. (32 hrs or 42.5 hrs) based on an hourly rate up to Â£14.62 per hour depending on qualification and experience.

On good transport links, and also onsite parking.â

Requirements

What are Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

Ideally a Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

Experience in a nursery or early years setting

Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences

Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Ideal Nursery Practitioner Candidate

Passionate about early years and childrenâs development

Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player

Maintains high standards and promotes best practice
