Nursery Practitioner, Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6

Reactive Recruitment are working with a highly regarded and reputable nursery and pre-school group with over 50 sites across the England. Due to growth, our client seek a number of Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in their expanding Hykeham site in Lincoln LN6. 

Nursery Practitioner package/hours:

Hourly rate up to 13.70 per hour depending on qualification and experience
Working from their inspiring Hykeham/Lincoln site in LN6
Full-time 40 hours+ per week (choice of 4 or 5 days)

Responsibilities:

To work as part of a team and provide a home from home environment for all children
To keep and maintain accurate records and reports
To model best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
To support the Room Leader to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and Education across the setting
Requirements:

Hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or 3
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
Provide outstanding customer service
Have good time management, meeting deadlines
