Nursery Practitioner

Tiny Tots Recruitment is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join an early years setting near Garstang.

You’ll help create a welcoming environment where children feel secure, develop confidence and learn through play. Working alongside your colleagues, you’ll support children’s individual needs and provide engaging activities throughout the day.

The role:

Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

*

Support children’s learning, development and emotional wellbeing.

*

Observe children’s progress and plan appropriate next steps.

*

Build positive relationships with parents and carers.

*

Support daily routines and individual care needs.

*

Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment.

*

Follow safeguarding and nursery policies.

About you:

*

A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.

*

An understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.

*

A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach.

*

Good communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues.

*

A commitment to providing high-quality care for every child.
