About Our Clients

Based in Burnham, Bucks, this lovely boutique nursery, part of a lovely group are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to work in a setting committed to high-quality care and education. Based on 40 hours - salary is up to £30k depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

Experience in a nursery or early years setting

Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences

Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Ideal Nursery Practitioner Candidate

Passionate about early years and children’s development

Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player

Maintains high standards and promotes best practice
