Nursery Practitioner

About the Role

Beyond Education Recruitment is looking for Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work across local nurseries on a temporary, flexible basis.

Whether you're looking for a few days a week, regular temporary work, or extra hours around your existing commitments, our flexible roles allow you to choose when and where you work.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of welcoming nursery settings, supporting children aged 0–5 years and helping them learn, develop and have fun in a safe and stimulating environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing high-quality care and support to children aged 0–5

*

Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment

*

Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities

*

Helping with everyday routines including feeding, nappy changing, toileting and sleep routines

*

Supporting indoor and outdoor activities

*

Following safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies

*

Working as part of the nursery team and adapting to different settings and routines

*

Using your knowledge and experience to provide outstanding care and support

What We're Looking For

*

Experience working with children aged 0–5

*

A genuine passion for childcare and supporting children's development

*

Reliable, responsible and professional

*

Confident working independently and as part of a team

*

Good communication skills

*

A positive and adaptable attitude

*

A valid Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
