Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Assistant - Greenwich

Location: Greenwich, Thamesmead, Woolwich and surrounding areas
Pay: £95-£120 per day, depending on qualifications and experience
Hours: Typically 8:00am-4:00pm, with part-time opportunities
Contract: Daily Supply / Flexible / Long-Term

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Nursery Practitioners and Early Years Assistants to support nursery and Reception settings across Greenwich.

Your Responsibilities:

Support children's learning through play-based activities.

Assist with early communication, language and social development.

Help deliver activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

Support daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play and personal care.

Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children aged 0-5.

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications are desirable, with higher rates potentially available for qualified practitioners.

Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices.

A caring, enthusiastic and proactive personality.
