Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Location: Solihull, England, United Kingdom

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly nursery team based in Solihull.

You will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing, creating a safe, warm and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

About the role

Plan and provide fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.

*

Act as a Key Person, building positive relationships with children and their families.

*

Support children’s individual learning and development needs.

*

Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child.

*

Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and nursery practice.

*

Complete observations, assessments and relevant documentation.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

*

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

*

Has experience working in an Early Years setting.

*

Has a good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.

*

Is caring, reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team.

*

Has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
