Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 | Up to £28,000 | Full-Time Opportunity
Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for a new opportunity in a new and exciting setting?
Our client is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team at a welcoming, child-focused nursery where care, curiosity, and creativity are at the heart of everything they do. Set in a warm and homely space, this nursery offers a safe and stimulating setting where children are encouraged to explore, play, and thrive. The team is passionate about delivering high-quality early years education following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and supporting each child’s learning journey at their own pace.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent – essential
Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting (preferred)
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for early childhood education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team

Key Responsibilities
Create a positive, child-led learning environment that supports every child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Encourage outdoor play in a well-equipped, all-weather garden space to support physical and exploratory learning
Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high standards of care and education
Build strong relationships with children and their families, acting as a key person and offering consistent, individualised support
Contribute to a safe, clean, and inclusive setting, ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed
