£30,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

40 hours per week

As a Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting. You will lead a team of nursery practitioners and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the room, promoting a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent qualification.

• Experience working in a nursery setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of child development and early years education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of nursery practitioners.

• Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of children.

• Ensure the nursery room is organized, clean, and meets health and safety standards.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.

• Support and mentor staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
