We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Room Leader/Third in Charge to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to young children while supporting the management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our nursery.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in overseeing the daily operations of the nursery.

• Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and learning experiences for children.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.

• Build strong partnerships with parents and families to support children's holistic development.

• Implement and uphold all statutory requirements, policies, and procedures.
