Hours: 45 hours per week

Our client, a welcoming and inclusive nursery set within a beautiful building and private grounds, is seeking a nurturing and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and demonstrate strong leadership skills to support a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

The nursery has created a warm, child-centered space where children are encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive through play-based learning and positive relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a Room Leader or similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of child development and the early years curriculum

• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of nursery staff to deliver exceptional care and education

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support development

• Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and team members

• Build positive relationships with parents, maintaining open and effective communication

• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment at all times

• Support, mentor, and guide staff through regular feedback and supervision
