Our client, a warm and welcoming nursery in the heart of Henley-on-Thames, is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to take the lead in their vibrant Pre-School Room. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic early years professional to join a close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) is essential

• Proven experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role

• A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A nurturing, inclusive, and proactive approach

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily running of the Pre-School Room, creating a fun and engaging learning environment

• Support, mentor and inspire a team of early years practitioners

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider nursery team

• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
