• A Level 3 in Early Years qualification or above, demonstrating a strong foundation in early years education

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team and engage effectively with parents and external professionals

• Current and comprehensive knowledge of early years education and safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being of the children and staff
