Are you an experienced early years professional ready to take on a leadership role? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our client’s inclusive and vibrant nursery team. You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality care and education, while creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for the children in your care.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

• Previous experience as a Room Leader, with strong leadership and organisational skills

• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring engaging and developmentally appropriate activities

• Mentor and support your team of practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment

• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, promoting open and effective communication

• Uphold all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the nursery through active participation in meetings and training
