Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher) – essential

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

• Proven leadership experience within a nursery or early years setting

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• A nurturing, inclusive, and child-centred approach

• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of your nursery room

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote all areas of development

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursery practitioners within your team

• Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, and carers

• Monitor children’s development and maintain accurate EYFS records and reports

• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child
