Nursery Room Leader – Baby Room

Salary: £32,500 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Our client, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery is looking for a warm, dedicated Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to lead their baby room. What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Previous experience in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of EYFS

• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a room of children, providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

• Plan and implement a curriculum that promotes learning and development in line with EYFS guidelines

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support the well-being and development of each child

• Mentor and support nursery practitioners, assisting in their professional development and performance management

• Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming space, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
