Our client is a well-established and welcoming early years setting, currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a rewarding opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who thrives in a child-centred, play-based learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Solid knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework

• A natural leader with excellent communication, planning, and team-building skills

What You'll Be Doing

As Room Leader, you'll take responsibility for the daily running of your room and lead a team of practitioners in delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences. You’ll:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children of all ages

• Mentor and support your team to maintain high standards of care and education

• Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to build strong relationships

• Monitor children’s progress and ensure individual development needs are supported

• Step into leadership duties confidently and ensure smooth daily operations
