Job Description - Nursery Room Leader

A great setting in Oxted are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their expanding Nursery. Great opportunities with this Provider are being offered, with a salary c£29k plus, plus bonuses and benefits, onsite parking and opportunities for future progression.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
