Position: Nursery Room Leader

Location: Plymouth, UK

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in the education and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 Qualified, CCLD, NNEB, CACHE or equivalent.
• Experience of implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrable ability to lead a team of staff in their room.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of EYFS, SEN code of practice, OFSTED national standards, and all relevant policies.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Strong ICT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
