Job Description - Nursery Room Leader

Our Clients lovely large and busy nursery in Watford, on great transport links, are looking for an experienced senior practitioner to support and lead a busy room. Great salary is being offered c£29k plus, plus loads of great benefits.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
