About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery setting. This is a full-time position, ideal for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about early years education and confident in leading a room effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Support the learning and development of children in line with EYFS guidelines
Supervise and support other staff members within the room
Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesRequirements:

Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
Proven experience working within a nursery setting
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required)
