Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our client’s inclusive and diverse nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for young children to thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

• Proven experience in an early years setting, with a comprehensive understanding of EYFS.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• A nurturing and patient approach in working with young children.

• A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the Room Leader in implementing age-appropriate activities and curricula for children.

• Assist in supervising and mentoring nursery staff, providing support and guidance as needed.

• Develop positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
