Nursery Room Senior – Leatherhead

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Your Role

As a Room Senior, you will:

* Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs

* Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards

* Monitor and celebrate children’s developmental milestones

* Build strong, positive relationships with families

* Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education

* Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

* A full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential

* Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)

* Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection

* Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare

* A commitment to delivering excellence in early years education
