- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that encourages children’s independence, confidence, and social skills, in line with the school’s ethos of nurturing each child's unique potential.

- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs and working closely with colleagues and parents to promote consistent development.

- Support the emotional and behavioural wellbeing of children through positive behaviour management strategies that uphold the school's commitment to fostering a respectful and supportive community.

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a broad curriculum that promotes exploration, creativity, and holistic development, aligned with early years frameworks and the school’s educational philosophy.

- Contribute to the organisation of the nursery environment to ensure it is inviting, safe, and conducive to active learning and exploration.
