The setting promotes learning through play, encouraging children to develop confidence, independence and key early years skills.

The nursery is looking to appoint a Nursery Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis from September 2026. The successful Nursery Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and wider early years team, supporting children's learning and development, delivering engaging activities and helping to create a positive and supportive classroom environment.

The successful Nursery Teaching Assistant will have:

• Relevant Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous classroom experience within a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
