Are you an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Cardiff?

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant professionals to work within Nursery classes across a range of welcoming Primary Schools in Cardiff. Due to increased demand from our partner schools, we have a variety of flexible opportunities available, from half-day sessions to full-time, five-day-a-week positions.

If you have experience supporting Nursery-aged children and are confident assisting with personal care, we'd love to hear from you. As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you may be required to support with nappy changing, toileting, handwashing, changing clothes after accidents, and promoting good hygiene routines while providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners.

We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant or within an Early Years setting
Confidence supporting Nursery-aged children with personal care where required
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
A genuine passion for supporting children's early development

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS Certificate
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
