Our client, a welcoming and well-established nursery, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Team Leader to join their team. As a Nursery Team Leader you will support and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality care, a safe and stimulating environment, and strong partnerships with parents.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential.

• A passion for early childhood development and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with staff, children, and families.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of care, education, health, and safety in line with the EYFS framework.

• Lead and support the team, providing guidance, training, and effective staff deployment.

• Oversee keycarer procedures, ensuring each child receives tailored support.

• Plan and facilitate learning experiences, fostering children's development.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, providing professional feedback.

• Promote the nursery and engage with the wider community.
