Hours: Full-time

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join their nursery as Third in Charge. Set within acres of beautiful land, the nursery offers a large outdoor play area, providing endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

The successful candidate will support the management team in the effective running of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for all children.

What We’re Looking For:

• Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)

• Experience in a similar role within a nursery setting

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and OFSTED standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality early years education

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and managing the nursery to maintain exceptional childcare standards

• Support staff in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

• Help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children

• Contribute to staff development, training, and performance management

• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
