Salary: £60,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time / Permanent

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our client’s dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their nursing home in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience within a nursing home setting.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the service—ensuring excellence in care, staff development, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid RGN qualification and active UK NMC PIN

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings

• Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial oversight

• A passion for delivering compassionate, person-led care to older adults

Responsibilities

• Providing strong and effective leadership to the nursing and care staff

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to all residents

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities within the nursing home

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders

• Monitoring and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards

• Managing the financial performance of the nursing home, including budgeting and cost control
