Nursing Home Manager

Our client is proud to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse-qualified leader to take the helm of a warm and welcoming purpose-built nursing home that provides exceptional care for older adults, including those living with dementia.
Set in a beautifully designed facility with a strong reputation for quality and compassion, the service is now seeking a Nursing Home Manager to guide the team in delivering outstanding person-centred care. Whether you're an experienced Home Manager or a confident Deputy with at least 3 years’ experience looking to step up, this is a chance to join a service where your clinical and leadership skills will be valued and supported.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. You will be leading a dedicated team in a vibrant, supportive environment with a clear focus on delivering exceptional standards in both nursing and dementia care.
What You’ll Need:
A valid NMC pin (RN qualified).
Proven leadership experience within a nursing home environment.
At least 3 years’ experience in a Deputy Nurse Manager position (if stepping up), or experience as a current Nursing Home Manager or above.
Strong knowledge of dementia and elderly care best practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with a genuine passion for high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained.
Lead and inspire a team of care and nursing staff to uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards, working closely with external agencies and families.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and clinical governance effectively.
Champion person-centred care and support staff development through regular supervision, training, and mentoring.
