Role: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Norwich
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE + Benefits

We’re working with a well-established care provider to find a strong, compassionate, and forward-thinking individual to take the reins of one of their services in the Norwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in care home management to join a supportive provider with genuine focus on quality care and resident wellbeing.

You’ll need to be confident in leading a team, overseeing compliance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service. A nursing pin (RGN) is desirable but not essential, what matters most is your ability to drive standards, support your team, and make a positive impact.
