Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced and passionate Home Manager ready to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful difference? We're seeking a dynamic Nursing Home Manager to take the reins of a well-established, purpose-built 50-bedded care home in Exeter.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care are maintained, regulatory requirements are met, and residents receive compassionate, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.

• Lead and manage the overall operation of the home

• Deliver high-quality care in line with CQC regulations

• Develop and support a motivated and skilled care team

• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement and a positive home culture

• Registered Nurse

• Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home

• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering outstanding care and resident wellbeing
