Nursing Home Manager

Nursing Home Manager required for an established care home in the Aylesbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to take over the running of a medium sized care home, with a caring staff team, providing high quality nursing, residential and dementia care in an easily accessible location.

This an excellent opportunity for a Home Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional care and can work autonomously. Supported by the SLT and you will be instrumental in ensuring the home is achieving quality focused KPI and seeks to deliver continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experienced Home Manager
• Nurse qualified desirable but not essential
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC, proven track record of achieving Good / Outstanding outcomes
• IT literate
• Must be experienced and understand P&L, with commercial awareness

Responsibilities include:

• Take full responsibility for ensuring high standards of professional practice which meets the needs of each resident.
• Staff recruitment and retention.
• Ensure that all care staff receive regular supervision and appraisal and that they receive the training and support necessary to facilitate their role.
• Undertake assessments and reviews.
• Maintain and develop links with key stakeholders

Salary:

• In the region of £60-65,000 per annum
