I am working with a school who are seeking an SEMH Teacher to join our outstanding team, supporting pupils across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4 in a specialist setting. If you are adaptive, empathetic, and driven by the desire to help every child reach their full potential — this is the role for you!

About the Role

As an SEMH Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver tailored and engaging lessons to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Build authentic relationships with students, understanding their unique challenges and strengths.
  • Work closely with a skilled and supportive team to adapt strategies and approaches.
  • Foster resilience, confidence, and a sense of achievement in every student.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in working with SEMH needs.
  • A passionate and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • A commitment to consistency and authenticity in your teaching style.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mentality — we stick together and grow together.
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
