Overview:

One of our global consulting clients is searching for an o9 Senior Leader to help deliver o9 projects across Europe. This aims to bring stability, accountability, and long-term structure to their fast-growing capability. Each hire will play a key role in delivery today - and will be expected to build out and lead their own junior teams over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale o9 Solutions programmes from discovery through go-live
• Serve as the escalation point on critical engagements, ensuring delivery remains on track
• Work closely with cross-functional teams - including business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical consultants
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, bringing structure and oversight to complex engagements
• Set and embed delivery standards, governance processes, and ways of working across the team
• Build and mentor a junior delivery team under your leadership, once embedded in the role

What They're Looking For:

• Multiple o9 Solutions implementations delivered successfully in a senior or lead role
• Strong grasp of the technical and configuration side of o9 - hands-on experience in the past is essential, even if you're no longer configuring directly
• A track record of managing escalations, delivery risks, and complex client relationships
• Experience operating across multiple geographies and working with global delivery teams
• Comfortable working remotely, but open to occasional travel during key project phases (e.g. discovery, go-live) - all travel fully funded
